Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC) is the largest and busiest airport in Bangladesh, located in Kurmitola, Dhaka. It serves as the hub for Biman Bangladesh Airlines and US-Bangla Airlines. The airport handles domestic and international flights to major destinations in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. A new third terminal is under construction to increase capacity. The airport is named after the Sufi saint Hazrat Shahjalal.
