To block a number on an iPhone, open the Phone app, tap the info icon next to the number, scroll down, and tap Block this Caller. You can also go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts to manage your list. On Android, open the Phone app, tap the three dots menu > Settings > Blocked numbers, or tap and hold a number in your call log and select Block. Blocked callers go straight to voicemail and cannot text you. To block a number on a landline, contact your phone provider or use a call-blocking device. You can unblock a number anytime from the same settings menu.
