Go to iforgot.apple.com on any device. Enter your Apple ID email address. You can reset the password using your trusted phone number, a trusted device, or your recovery key. If two-factor authentication is on, a code is sent to your trusted devices. Enter the code and create a new password. If you cannot access any trusted device, Apple's account recovery process may take several days. You can also reset the password directly on your iPhone or Mac under Settings > [your name] > Password & Security.
