Go to netflix.com/loginhelp and enter your email. Netflix will send a password reset link. If the hacker changed your email, contact Netflix customer support via their help center. Once you regain access, change your password immediately. Check the "Recent device streaming activity" page under Account settings and sign out of all devices. Remove any unfamiliar profiles the hacker may have added. Update your payment method if it was changed.
