Open Snapchat, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email or phone. If the hacker changed your contact info, go to accounts.snapchat.com and use the account recovery form. Snapchat will ask you to verify your identity with your username and the last password you remember. Once you regain access, change your password and enable Login Verification (2FA) under Settings. Check your My Eyes Only and chat history for unauthorized access.
