How to unsend an email in Gmail

To unsend an email in Gmail, click Undo in the bottom-left corner immediately after sending. The Undo button appears for 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds, depending on your setting. To change this window, click the gear icon > See all settings > General > Undo Send and choose your preferred cancellation period. Gmail can only unsend within this short window after sending. To schedule an email for later, click the arrow next to Send and choose Schedule send, which lets you pick a date and time. For emails already delivered, Gmail cannot recall them, so check your message before sending.
